As you remember, you explained that the balance of the facelift with the rest of my face also required a neck lift and facial fillers to go with it, and the result of that decision is a uniformity of my appearance that is quite amazing. Also, the surgical approach (stitches behind the ears and hidden in the scalp) did what you promised, it created a “lifting” to my face that makes it look younger and more alive and the fact of my having surgery is not noticeable at all.
